About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Springstone, Inc. as a PRN (On-call) staff member. This role will play a vital part in our mission to provide exceptional care and services to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Dietary Manager and Registered Dietician to develop menus and meet patient-specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate HACCP programs, ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
  • Interact with patients and staff in the serving line, providing assistance with nutritionally balanced meals and modeling excellent customer service.
  • Prepare snacks and nourishments according to resident food preferences and physician orders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
  • Food Safety/Sanitation certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food service, with hospital experience preferred.
