Bakery Cook

FireKeepers Casino Hotel is seeking a skilled Bakery Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation of all baked goods meets our high standards.

• Assist in the production of all baked goods to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of all baked goods, ensuring they meet our standards for taste and visual appeal.
• Work safely and efficiently with various kitchen equipment.
• Assist with kitchen inventory and stock rotation as needed.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to our attendance policy.

• One year of baking experience or equivalent experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant, casino, or hotel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
