Job Summary

Fluidra North America is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Specialist to join our team at our facility in Arlington, Washington. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe working environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining garbage and restroom areas.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities, noting and communicating any problems or necessary repairs to management.
  • Scrap Handling: Process small and large scrap FRP, dust cured resin batches, and remove/drain empty containers and barrels.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain chop and laminating areas, restock and maintain supply rooms/storage areas, and dust throughout the facility.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven work experience in a janitorial or facilities maintenance position.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as ability to work independently and cross-functionally with Fluidra team members.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
