About the Role

Pave Talent is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's innovative team in Ringwood, Illinois. As a global leader in specialty chemical manufacturing, our client operates 70+ manufacturing and R&D facilities worldwide, employing 9,000+ associates across four distinct business divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Reliability and Performance: Enhance equipment reliability and performance through proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance-related projects.
  • Maintenance Scheduling and Procurement: Manage maintenance schedules and part procurement to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement preventative/predictive maintenance programs to improve overall maintenance efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and experience with maintenance management systems.
  • Work Environment: Collaborative work environment with cutting-edge technology and a small, tight-knit team of less than 10 people.
Benefits
  • Annual Salary Range: $90,000 to $95,000+
  • Bonus Potential: 6% annual bonus potential.
