Current and unencumbered license as an LPN, 1+ year(s) of Certified Home Health experience as an LPN, Wound care, wound vac, Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and car insurance coverage, Current CPR certification; additional certifications in home health or geriatric care preferred.
