We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Tele Neurology team at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. As a Tele Neurology RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telehealth services to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, seizures, and other neurological disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in telehealth and neurology.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in a telehealth or neurological setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
