Experience Requirements:

Role Description:

Are you ready to be at the forefront of cybersecurity? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Security Analyst to safeguard our clients against cyber threats of all magnitudes. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with clients to assess and mitigate their security risks, providing expert insights on cyber threats and conducting thorough investigations of security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate security alerts and delve into log data to identify, escalate, and manage threats, maintaining direct communication with the client's internal security team.
  • Engage in advanced threat hunting to uncover potential attacker presence within client environments.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client operations to tailor security measures according to their specific business needs and risk tolerance.
  • Identify and analyze attack vectors, threat tactics, and techniques, customizing findings to align with client security requirements.
  • Oversee and validate the work of junior analysts, acting as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure their security needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, refine processes, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to better serve client needs.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, developing criteria for success and presenting measurable outcomes regularly.
  • Engage with clients to understand their evolving security needs and objectives.
  • Communicate trends and insights to clients, providing expert recommendations based on practical experience in security consulting.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or SentinelOne.
  • Proficient in SIEM tools, capable of analyzing alerts and logs to deliver effective solutions.
