We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Computed Tomography Technologist to join our medical team at MLee Healthcare. As a CT Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic services using cutting-edge imaging technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule CT exams efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination with other patient appointments.
  • Position and transfer patients safely to ensure comfort and accurate imaging results.
  • Adjust technical settings to meet each patient's specific needs for precise and individualized imaging.
  • Perform a variety of CT procedures, including abdominal, retroperitoneal, obstetric, and gynecological scans, and localization for treatment planning and minor surgical interventions.
  • Assist physicians during specialized procedures such as needle biopsies, amniocentesis, and renal biopsies, providing scanning and patient marking support as needed.
  • Conduct radiographic examinations, if licensed by the State of Arizona, when required.
  • Accurately document all examination data and maintain thorough patient records.
  • Operate and calibrate CT equipment according to protocols, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media, either oral or injectable, following safety and clinical guidelines.
  • Ensure proper radiation safety measures are consistently applied to protect patients and staff.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, quality assurance standards, and safety protocols, including environmental and infection control measures.
  • Participate in professional development through educational opportunities, in-service meetings, and staying current with relevant literature.
  • Demonstrate competence in providing age-appropriate care, from newborns to geriatric patients.
  • Provide courteous, prompt service to patients, staff, and visitors, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the hospital's guest relations standards.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of a training program in Radiological Technology from an approved school.
  • Licensure: Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
  • Certification: State of Arizona certification as a Radiologic Technologist is required.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
