Coborn's, Inc. is a fast-growing employee-owned grocery retailer located in the Midwest. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Pharmacist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Staff Pharmacist will oversee the Pharmacy department operations, customer satisfaction, and employee management during assigned shifts. This role will work closely with all pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and clerks, to ensure compliance with company policies and Federal, State, and Local laws governing the practice of retail pharmacy.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Pharmacy department operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Federal, State, and Local laws governing the practice of retail pharmacy.
  • Work closely with the Pharmacy, Store, and Pharmacy District Managers to ensure site and company initiatives are coordinated and in support of strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage employee performance, including training, development, and discipline.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD Degree(s) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • At least 18 years of age.
