Job Summary

As a Restoration Technician at Voda Cleaning and Restoration, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional restoration services to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all restoration services offered by the company, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and trauma scene cleanup.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance to ensure the company's vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company's quality standards.
  • Complete the technician's daily log and work orders to track progress and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
  • Maintain inventory of related supplies to ensure timely delivery of services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Adequate math skills to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
  • Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
  • Certification in performing appropriate services, such as water mitigation and mold remediation.
