Position Overview
Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings and motions related to litigation.

Conduct thorough research and gather evidence pertinent to litigation cases.

Oversee discovery processes in intricate litigation scenarios.

Take and defend depositions as required.

Independently argue motions in court.

Interview witnesses and compile relevant materials for litigation.

Collaborate and provide support to fellow litigation attorneys.

Maintain and update client databases.

Organize the filing of legal documents and ensure proper processes are followed.

Ensure adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations concerning litigation matters.

Florida Bar membership is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-5 years of experience in litigation, with a preference for those with a background in trust and estate litigation.
