About the Role

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for imaging procedures and operating equipment to produce high-quality images. You will work closely with medical professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' organs and tissues
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures by administering medications and positioning them correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to strict safety protocols when handling radioactive materials
Requirements
  • Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
