R&D Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Data Scientist to join our team in Friendswood, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing analytic plans for new product development and ongoing evidence development.

• Develop and implement analytic plans for new product development and ongoing evidence development.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient communication of results and analysis processes.

• PhD in Life Sciences or Data Science/Statistics with 3-4 years of post-doctoral or industry experience.
• Strong background in advanced inferential statistics and machine learning.
• Experience with high-throughput gene expression or genomics data and/or spatial-omics data is preferred.
• Proficiency in common office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and programming languages (R, Python, Java, SQL).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
