• As a Refrigeration Technician, you will work with our team to complete work orders efficiently and effectively.
• You will develop your expertise in installing and repairing refrigeration systems, and gain a growing understanding of how to diagnose and repair problems.
• You will become a trusted professional, maintaining your tools and preparing written materials to keep everyone informed.

• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a drive to learn and grow.
• You should be a tech-savvy people-person, comfortable with technical challenges and able to communicate effectively with customers.
• You must have experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration components, and possess your own tools.
• You should be able to work in enclosed spaces, lift heavy equipment, and balance on a ladder.
• You must be a professional, clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance, and prioritize safety above all else.
