About the Role

O.H.S.O. Brewery and Distillery is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and maintain bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and mixers.
  • Assist bartenders with drink preparation, including pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and serving wine.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, floors, and storage areas.
  • Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Interact with guests to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with closing down the bar at the end of shifts, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and disposing of trash.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Barback or in a related role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move kegs (140+ pounds per keg).
  • Food Handlers Certification and Title 4 Liquor Certification required.
