POSITION SUMMARY
We are in search of a skilled professional to join our Slot Repair department. This role involves the installation, modification, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of gaming machines and associated systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain gaming machines and related equipment.
- Execute installations, modifications, and removals of gaming and non-gaming equipment.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all gaming machines and their related systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. A solid understanding of electronics and mechanical systems is essential, with 2-3 years of slot machine experience or 1-2 years in an electrical/mechanical role being preferred. A foundational knowledge of electronic principles is necessary, along with the ability to read and interpret various schematics. Strong mathematical and computer skills are required. Candidates should be able to comprehend safety regulations, operational and maintenance guidelines, and procedural documentation. An electronics degree, equipment repair experience, or completion of a recognized gaming industry technical program is advantageous.
