We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Highmark Health. As an Outpatient Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and support staff as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the State of PA or multi-state licensure through the eNLC.
- Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: Certification in area of specialty.
