Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Robin. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals to high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and execute all recipe procedures to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
  • Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various meals, including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
