Job Summary:
Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our 5TA Medical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide medical/surgical care to adult populations with a wide variety of complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other health professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Assess, analyze, and prioritize patient needs to develop effective care strategies.
- Implement care plans, delegate tasks safely, and provide direct and indirect nursing care.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and perform additional nursing functions as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining required during orientation.
- Current BLS certification required for duration of employment.
- New graduates required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
