Job Summary:As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for the physical therapy management of patients under the direction and supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Director.
Key responsibilities include evaluating patients, interpreting evaluation findings, and establishing treatment goals and plans. You will also implement treatment programs, delegate tasks to supportive personnel, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Additional responsibilities include providing advice and education to patients and families, regularly assessing clinical signs and symptoms, and discharging patients from physical therapy when they have received maximum benefit.
