Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAM programmer to join our team at Cascade Solutions. As a key member of our machine shop department, you will be responsible for performing CAM programming in Mastercam for turning and milling machines, taking into account multi-axis, multitasking, and simultaneous machining.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain postprocessors and conduct machine simulations
  • Create and maintain tools and tool models for 3D models of CAM programming
  • Standardize and optimize CNC machining, considering automation
  • Plan work steps and select necessary equipment, tools, and machines
  • Conduct detailed production planning for CNC machining according to specifications
  • Plan and manufacture special tools and fixtures
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement customer requests, such as ETO
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a machinist with excellent knowledge of CNC machining and CAM programming
  • Knowledge of HAAS, Mazatrol, and Fanuc controls is advantageous
  • Additional qualification as a master or technician is beneficial
  • Independent and precise work style, reliable personality
  • Ability to work in a team
