Our ideal candidate will be part of the Information Technology Operations team responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available IT systems that meet business objectives and service requirements.

Salary: $135,000 - $159,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and support our growing corporate and IT infrastructure within a Microsoft Office 365 GCC High environment.
  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, highly available IT systems that meet business objectives and service requirements.
  • Manage and maintain Data Center systems and Enterprise Applications, including VMWare host, NetApp storage, Windows and Linux servers, and various management applications.
  • Monitor system performance, utilization, and trending to ensure system availability, reliability, redundancy, and sufficient capacity.
  • Administer and maintain system software to support the system environment (upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations).
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
  • Coordinate support and maintenance activities with outside vendors and contractors.
  • Work with users and other personnel for problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft and other Cloud environments.
  • Microsoft Office 365 GCC High is required; experience in migrating to GCC High is a plus.
  • Package building and deploying with MECM.
  • InTune/EndPoint Management.
  • ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM.
  • CompTIA Security+ is required.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Enterprise compute systems, such as VMWare ESX/vSphere data center virtualization technologies.
  • VMWare Horizons VDI architectures.
  • NetApp storage systems.
  • Veeam system backup implementations.
  • Windows server domains.
  • RedHat Linux server.
