Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance protocols for all production machinery and facility equipment.

Qualifications:
To excel in the role of Maintenance Technician, candidates should possess:

  • An Associate's degree in Maintenance or a related discipline, along with three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with laser technology, press brakes, robotics, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Familiarity with machine lubrication practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Competence in operating a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, welding apparatus, and measuring devices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and tooling equipment.
  • Mathematical proficiency for performing shop calculations.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
