IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our team of support engineers in providing top-notch IT support to our organization. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for delivering secure, reliable IT infrastructure and support to our retail locations and corporate office.

• Lead a team of support engineers in providing hands-on IT support to the organization.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other devices.
• Provide frontline IT support for our retail locations, including workstations, A/V systems, and POS systems.
• Manage end-user accounts for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other identified systems.
• Support our A/V systems and other collaboration and communication tools.
• Research emerging and new technologies to evolve our IT environment.
• Deliver enterprise projects as determined by senior IT leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or Computer Science.
• 5-8 years of experience in Windows desktop support.
• 3 years of experience in managing/supervising IT staff.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize organizational needs.
