Paraprofessional Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional to join our team at Soliant. This role will provide specialized instruction, support, and advocacy to students with disabilities, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

• Assist teachers in providing instruction and support to students in various educational settings.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the SLP.
• Support students with special needs, including physical, emotional, or learning disabilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support the overall educational goals of the school.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of at least 60 college credit hours preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of educational principles and practices beneficial.
