We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at Colonial Downs + Rosie's Gaming Emporium. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage outlets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Stock and Serve Beverages: Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain assigned levels of inventory, including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas, including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation, and work area, to include cleaning refrigerators, countertops, and mopping floors.
• Complete Required Paperwork: Complete required paperwork, including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries.
• Manage Inventory: Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area, order as needed.
• Set Up and Break Down Bars: Responsible for set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas.
• Ensure Proper Use of Equipment: Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets.
• Organize Beverage Pump Room Areas: Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses, and identify non-stock items and alert management as necessary.
• Resolve Guest Complaints: Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
• Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

• Attend Training Sessions: Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
• Obtain and Retain Licenses: Obtain and retain required license(s).
• Comply with Laws and Regulations: Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Ensure Minor Compliance: Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
• Have Knowledge of Ordinances and Regulations: Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member's department.
• Report Wrongdoing: Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Casino or Hospitality Experience: Casino or hospitality experience preferred.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least eighteen (21) years of age.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours. The ability to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds.
