Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and services
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • 2-year Associate Degree in Nursing from a state-accredited school (required)
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • 1+ years of nursing experience (preferred)
  • Current Georgia RN license and Basic Life Support certification
