Breathing Disorder Specialist

Fusion Medical Staffing is hiring a Breathing Disorder Specialist for a 4-week travel assignment. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.
The ideal candidate will possess one year of recent experience as a Certified Respiratory Therapist and be certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). A valid respiratory therapy license in compliance with state regulations and current BLS certification are also required.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct exams and interviews with patients to assess their respiratory health
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify respiratory problems
- Administer respiratory treatments and provide education to patients and families
