We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Dietary Manager to join our team at East Carolina Rehab and Wellness, a skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and nutrition services for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the food service department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents, while also considering nutritional value and palatability.
  • Supervise and train food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including food inventory, menu planning, and nutritional data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident care.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, or related field.
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Certified Food Service Manager (CFSM) designation.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and complete reports.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
