**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PCU Nurse Specialist to join our team on a 13-week night shift assignment. This role requires a high level of expertise in progressive care unit nursing, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry/progressive care unit setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care transitions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of experience in an 18-plus bed telemetry/progressive care unit
  • Current RN license in New Mexico or compact state
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
