Job Title: Marine Technician

Job Summary:
Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various watercraft.

Responsibilities:
Inspect boats upon arrival
Troubleshoot and repair boats for customers, dealers, and warranty
Perform electrical and motor work for pre-delivery inspections
Winterize boats as needed
Work on Saturdays as required
Utilize our computer system to clock in/out of jobs and record cause/correction notes
Maintain a clean and safe working area
Follow procedures with attention to detail
Prioritize and meet deadlines
Communicate with customers professionally

Requirements:
Knowledge of safety procedures
Knowledge of outboard motors
Electrical knowledge
Suzuki Certified preferred
