1. Completion of an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy residency program in a relevant specialty such as Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, leading to board eligibility or certification. 2. Valid medical license to practice in the State of West Virginia.
3. Good standing with the Medical Staff of our organization.
4. Possession of a valid DEA certificate without restrictions.
5. Current CPR certification.
6. ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
7. NRP certification is recommended.
8. Credentialed and privileged to practice at our facility.
