- Assist guests in selecting merchandise, including pets and pet-related products.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing transactions and handling customer returns.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including counting inventory and processing paperwork.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
