We are seeking a qualified CDL Instructor to join our team at Compass Rose Foundation Inc. The successful candidate will possess leadership and communication qualities with a desire to produce qualified graduates to the employer community.


The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of verifiable experience operating a Class A commercial motor vehicle, a valid CLASS A CDL, and a High School Diploma or GED. A clean MVR and background are also required.


Responsibilities include reading, understanding, and complying with the Instructor Handbook, following the curriculum, and ensuring that all students are competent on a given topic. The candidate will also evaluate and grade individual students based on their performance, maintain a safe work environment, and communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and students.


Benefits include 401K, employer-paid short and long-term disability, and insurance benefits. The salary is commensurate with previous teaching experience.
