About the Role:

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering our delicious cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal customers in a timely and safe manner. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders with a smile.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders to customers in a timely and safe manner
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store
• Use our delivery app to track orders and provide accurate status updates to customers

Requirements:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the area surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
