The Role

We're seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Optometric Assistant to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you'll be the face of our Exam Practice, ensuring every patient has a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and conduct preliminary testing
  • Introduce patients to our Optometrists and provide essential information
  • Transition patients from the doctor to our sales floor, educating and recommending products and services that meet their eye care needs
  • Execute day-to-day operational activities to support our exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
Qualifications
  • Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience
