We are seeking a qualified ER/Trauma Registered Nurse to join our team at TravelNurseSource. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and making a significant impact in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ER/Trauma department
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Current Illinois license and certification
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in ER/Trauma
  • BLS and/or ACLS certification
  • 2 current clinical references
  • Physical and TB records
  • Current vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, MMR, Hep B, Varicella)
  • Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
