Job Description

Milestones Pediatric Therapy Services LLC is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in Cabot, AR. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with children to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in our pediatric outpatient clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State of Arkansas Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Current liability insurance
  • Clearance from Arkansas State Police background check
  • Child Maltreatment clearance from Arkansas Department of Human Services
