HVACR Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVACR Instructor to join our team at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. As an HVACR Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering instruction in an engaging environment to foster learner success.

The HVACR Instructor will be responsible for teaching and assessing students in the HVACR program, developing curriculum, and providing feedback to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVACR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

• Teach and assess students in the HVACR program
• Develop and revise curriculum to meet industry standards
• Provide feedback to students on their performance
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement program goals
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in the field

• Associate degree in HVACR or related field
• 5 years of direct occupational experience in HVACR
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Preferred: Master's degree in HVACR or related field, Certified Master HVAC Educator, or 8 Service NATE Certifications with Senior Analyst Certification
