Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator I to join our team at Brantner and Associates, Inc. in Fairview, NC. As an Assembly Operator I, you will be responsible for component assembly, working with a variety of materials and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and assemble components according to quality standards and work instructions
  • Conduct pull tests and measure components using calipers, gages, or other measuring devices
  • Inspect product to print and complete necessary operational paperwork
  • May troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company EH&S policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Good communication skills and ability to interpret product blueprints
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties
  • Experience with using measuring devices (gages, calipers, etc.) preferred
