Job Title: Licensed Security Officer

Securitas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in protecting our client's site, property, and assets while ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols across the office facility, both internally and externally, to detect and deter any suspicious or threatening activity.
  • Man a front-of-house position and sign in company visitors.
  • Operate radios and other physical security equipment used on site.
  • Carry out initial investigations and report incidents, suspicious activities, objects, and vehicles.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and record and report any faults or hazards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a corporate security environment is desirable.
  • Hold a current SIA Door Supervisor or CCTV License or be willing to complete the necessary training.
  • Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
  • Resilient approach to guarding duties and vigilant and alert.
