Job Summary

ALPLA is a global leader in innovative packaging solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that parts are available on time to meet specific maintenance needs. Your expertise in purchasing and inventory management will be crucial in maintaining our equipment and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

* Purchase maintenance, machine repair, and spare parts to OEM specifications and safety standards
* Research and establish vendors/suppliers in the USA that are cost-effective and meet lead time requirements
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stored and tracked
* Collaborate with the system administrator to maintain the MP2 inventory, work order, equipment, and purchasing modules
* Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school education preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good numerical skills
