Job Description

Mersino Dewatering LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales projects and meet customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry, preferably in construction equipment rental or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in sales management or leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment, rental operations, and industry trends.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
