Paraprofessional Assistant

StrongMind is seeking a Paraprofessional Assistant to support our teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to our students. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
• Supporting students with academic and non-academic needs
• Preparing the classroom setting to promote student engagement and motivation
• Leading club activities on Fridays to foster teamwork and camaraderie

To excel in this role, you will need:

• An Associate of Arts or equivalent degree
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey
