Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to strict protocols.
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and readily available for use.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures.
• Participate in preoperative planning and preparation, gathering and analyzing data to inform surgical decisions.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting any potential hazards or issues.

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent experience.
• Surgical Technologist Registration (Washington) and Basic Life Support certification required.
• Minimum two (2) years of current continuous O.R. experience in surgical specialty preferred.
