Key Responsibilities- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans, utilizing current curriculum guides, to ensure a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for our students.
- Classroom Management: Establish a professional and respectful rapport with each family, providing quality care and attention to the needs of our children.
- Child Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Assessment and Communication: Maintain accurate child assessments and portfolios, and conduct biannual parent-teacher conferences to keep families informed of their child's progress.
- Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs., and fulfilling all physical requirements of the position.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience working with infants or preschool-age children is a plus.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
- Competitive Compensation: $17-$19 per hour, based on education and experience.
