We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapy Manager to oversee the operation of a clinical therapy program or set of programs designed for a specified patient population. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a related field and at least 5 years of directly related experience. The Clinical Therapy Manager will provide professional leadership in the provision of clinical therapeutic services, develop and implement treatment protocols, and oversee all facets of the daily operations of the organizational unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient consultation and care, developing, evaluating, and modifying rehabilitative therapy programs as required.
- Develop, implement, and/or modify treatment protocols and clinical procedures in accordance with clinical objectives and standards.
- Oversee all facets of the daily operations of the organizational unit, ensuring compliance with University, State, and federal laws, policies, and regulations.
- Develop and implement systems to maintain records on employees, equipment inventories, and compliance activities.
- Represent the organization at various community and/or business meetings, promoting existing and new programs and/or policies.
- Master's Degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of directly related experience.
- LPCC/CMHC or LCSW or LMFT in New Mexico.
- Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo (non-essential).
The Clinical Therapy Manager will work in a sedentary office environment with no or minimal hazard, physical risk. The ideal candidate will be credentialed by the UNMH Credentialing Committee and subject to an annual contract and performance appraisal.
