A typical day in this role includes:
  • Starting your day with a consistent schedule - no night shifts involved.
  • Delivering professional nursing services to patients assigned to your physician(s) while adhering to established medical standards.
  • Conducting thorough assessments to determine patient care needs.
  • Assisting providers with patient triage, identifying nursing diagnoses, and developing initial care plans based on assessment findings.
  • Engaging with patients to understand their needs and build meaningful relationships.
  • Participating in team-building activities and departmental events during lunch.
  • Exploring volunteer opportunities and staying informed about clinic happenings through our intranet.
  • Returning patient calls to ensure they feel valued and cared for.
  • Ending your day with the satisfaction of working standard clinic hours.

Required Licenses:
  • Current Iowa RN, AAMA, CMA, or LPN license.
