We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Laurels of Massillon. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
About the Role
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care to our residents. This includes assessing their health needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the care provided by LPNs, STNAs, and other team members
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions
- Assess the health of residents and notify the physician of changes in status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to resident assessments and the development of care plans
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state
- CPR certification
