About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and well-maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining smooth operations to serve our customers efficiently.
  • Perform general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service duties.
  • Use various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and perform other assigned duties.
  • Participate in cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
  • Ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers by complying with company safety policies and procedures.
